BIG MAMA STOUT (2nd batch)

Big Mama Stout is brewed from 5 types of barley malt and some
rye malt in combination with Summit and Willamette whole flower
hops. It is then “dry-hopped” with American hops and cocoa nibs
from Madagascar. Our Belgian dark beer will improve during the
first year of aging by developing delicate aromas of chocolate
balanced by a moderate bitterness. We recommend tasting it at
cellar temperature.
